Energy Flows In Spirals.

Hey, I had a situation a few years ago when I was meditating. I saw two black spirals coming from way out there and below, toward me. They were two beings, presences, and they came to help me out with some situation I was dealing with. They spiraled all the way here, wondered how I got here because I was the only one here on this planet from them, and they told me about some person who I was dealing with, and to be careful around them. I'm glad I listened because it turned out to be correct. Well in this video, the guy explains how energy moves in spirals. And if these beings can come from a far away place like that and travel through spirals.... just think what we can do!
