Gawd! He fucking turns me on, Damn!

Complexities of our Dual Natured World.

The Dual, or Duel, haha, meaning the difference between our soul/spirit selves, in these non spirited/souled bodies. Fuck. I tell ya. This is one difficult subject to put into words. There is a soul inside of a body. And it seems to me to be that, the artificial intelligence is trying to run the intelligent intelligence. There must be a way of getting control over that aspect, because left alone, that thing really runs amuck. Perhaps like Chris Thomas the English healer guy said, we must bring the Whole Soul Into the body! (and find a new language while we're at it.) Awareness is the key. Therefore, here are some of my personal notes that I took while delving to find out just what is going on here.

First of all, there is a LOT of reading I put into this subject. So this is a small portion of the notes. It's just sufficient enough to show my point.

   "We may utilize this unconscious process with deliberate purpose: My friend P., a man no less absent-minded than he is keen of intellect, was playing chess in a neighbouring room. Others of us were talking near the door. I had made the remark that it was my friend's habit, when he paid closest attention to the game, to whistle an air from "Madame Angot." I was about to accompany him by beating time on the table. But this time he whistled something else--the march from "Le Prophete."

    "Listen," said I to my associates; "we are going to play a trick upon P. We will mentally order him to pass from 'Le Prophete' to 'La Fille de Madame Angot.'" First I began to drum the march; then, profiting by some notes common to both, I passed quickly to the quicker and more staccato measure of my friend's favorite air. P., on his part also suddenly changed the air and began to whistle "Madame Angot." Everyone burst out laughing. My friend was too much absorbed in a check to the queen to notice anything. "Let us begin again," said I, "and go back to, 'Le Prophete.'" And straightaway we had Meyerbeer once more with a special fugue. My friend knew that he had whistled something, but that was all he knew. 

     One who knows a person's habits can sometimes imitate mental suggestion, even without any suggestive impression. 

      In the Medical Faculty of X., we had a professor of philosophy, who in giving his lectures, used to look first to the right, then to the middle of the room, then to the left, again to the right, and so on, with the regularity of a pendulum."

   "In Gnostic science, this is explained by the fact that a living planet, the Earth, is captured in an inorganic field, and is thus, subject to an extent, to the laws of that field. The stereoma is like a scaffolding, but not merely a passive one. The extraterrestrial planetary frame does not merely enclose the Earth in an inorganic grid, it mingles with terrestrial physics. The living planet is like the yolk-albumin component of an egg, and the planetary system...is like the shell, composed of calcium. The total chemistry of the egg is one process (like one Sophia's body), even though shell and innards have their own chemistry. So it is with abiogenesis in the planetary system where the Earth is seated."

    "As one anonymous witness observed, "Hydrogen is an odourless, invisible, inorganic vapor that gradually turns into people.")

"In this little habit there was nothing offensive to any one, and it had passed unnoticed. One day he was proving to us the psychic liberty of man. "You will soon see his freedom of will," said I in pleasantry to my fellow students. So extending a finger, I began to give orders for the movements his head was to make to the right, the middle, the left.

     Do not think that this anecdote has no bearing upon our subject. Of course, the thing was but a piece of pleasantry; but had it been taken seriously it would have been a deception. Now, in hypnotism, physiologists are liable to just such deceptions, involuntarily, if while understanding well how to observe external facts, they do not know how to observe their own selves.

     

      Here is an instance of this from my own experience: it comes fully within the class of apparent suggestions. I was treating by hypnotism an elderly lady suffering from chronic arthritic rheumatism. I put her asleep very readily, and absolute repose of half an hour (*aideic state) always sufficed to calm her nerves, and to improve her natural sleep, at least for a few days. There was no means of producing somnambulism, properly so-called, or of making the subject talk (*polyideic state), so I left her, and occupied myself with turning over the leaves of a book, and awaiting the time of her awaking. One day I thought I should awaken her by a mental order. "Awake," said I to her mentally, and at once there were contractions of the face muscles; the eyes opened, and she was awake.

     Some days afterward, I tried to make her perform certain movements, but in vain; but I succeeded in awakening the subject as before, though not so promptly. Still, it was a surprise. But why did she awake, and yet prove insensible to other suggestions?

    "As the proto-planetary disk forms, the Archons are absorbed into it. They are inorganic beings whose physical composition matches the inorganic chemistry of the planets, apart from the Earth. As the disk develops, the chief Archon, the reptilian type called Saklas, Samael, or Yaldabaoth, witnesses its formation and erroneously assumes that he is the creator of the emergent system."

    "This is the primordial error of the Archontic mentality: to mistake the witnessing power for the power to form what is witnessed. Hence, the emergence of the Archons, a cosmological event, is intimately identified with the "generation of error," a noetic event. Cosmic-noetic parallelism is a mark of Gnostic visionary science.."

     " The Aeon Sophia is that cosmic current whose impact organizes the dema and produces the Archons. This happens because She acts unilaterally in Her plunge from the galactic core, but Sophia does not unilaterally cause the birth of the Sun. This is a process continually occurring in the galactic limbs, due to the physics of the limb structure itself. In an action that might be compared to a mill wheel grinding stones, the galactic armature churns and refines elementary matter, constantly producing starbirth, the promise of new worlds of experience. The key to the unique status of our planetary system is the convergence of Sophia's impact with the nebular expulsion of a newborn star. The material of the Archons is incorporated into that material vortex that forms around this star, and Sophia herself fixes the chief Archon centrally ("enthroned") in the center of the proto-planetary disk ("luminous cloud").

      Overseen by Yaldabaoth, the Archons now proceed to fabricate the planetary system from the inorganic elements of which they themselves are composed. As they have no intentionality (ennoia) and no creative capacity (epinoia) of their own, they can only do this by imitation. The Aprocryphon of John (II, 10, 24-25) describes how the Lord Archon "produced for himself cyclic worlds (orbiting bodies) from the luminous spark that still shines in the sky." Thus, he draws upon the vortex power of the central star, the newborn Sun, to organize the matter swirling in the proto-planetary disk. Yaldabaoth originates nothing, however. He can only copy the model of the Pleroma, without even knowing that he does so: "And he was amazed by his own arrogance, for he seemed to beget material powers (exousiai, "authorities") out of his own solitary power, but after the patterns of the imperishable Aeons...And so there came to be a stereoma ("firmament") corresponding to the cyclic formations of the Pleroma. --(II, 10, 26-28, and 12, 25)" From excerpt, Link here to read: The Archons and Gaia)

" Still, it was a surprise. But why did she awake, and yet prove insensible to other suggestions?

     The reason was this: Here were two habitudes that had passed unnoticed. Continuing the treatment for several weeks, I had fallen into the habit of awakening her just half an hour after sleep had become manifest. I did not look at my watch, but went always at the fixed time; and as that was one hour before dinner, my stomach took the place of my watch perfectly. The patient too had acquired the habit of waking almost precisely on the minute--a phenomenon familiar to magnetizers. This does not happen in every case, but it does happen very often.

     [*aideic state, and *polyideic state: Aideic (Greek, a, privative; idea, idea, thought), without thoughts. *Polyideic (Greek, polys, pl. polloi, much, many; idea, thought), with many thoughts. --Monoideic (Greek, monos, single; idea, thought), with one thought. ]

     This suspicion occurring to me, I resolved to find out whether it was correct. I readily found:

1. That I was unable to awaken her "mentally" 10, 15, or 20 minutes after she was sound asleep.

2. That she always awoke of herself after 30 or 35 minutes, without any mental suggestion.

     Thus we were in just the condition of our anecdote, except that in the one case, the cause of the coincidence was known from the first, in the other it was not.

      In 1881, I attended in Lemberg the magnetic seances given in that city, by Donato. Among his performances was one which, though not presented as an instance of mental suggestion, nevertheless wore all the appearance of one. Miss Lucile, who was blindfolded, remained upon the stage seated, while Donato went among the audience and invited persons to name to him in a whisper, a certain number of acts for the somnambule to perform afterward. For instance, to fan herself with Mrs. N's fan; to spread Mr. X's opera hat and put it on his head; to take Mrs Y's bracelet and put it on the arm of Miss Z, and so on. It is to be remembered that the choice of acts to be done is very restricted, the same thing pretty nearly all the time, yet there is no trickery; the psychic atmosphere played its own part.

     Donato, having received the requests that were made, led Miss Lucile toward the audience, and without speaking a word, solely with the aid of gestures made at the distance of one or two paces from her, then nearer, he conducted the "medium" to the persons in question, and she performed perfectly every act that had been requested. This experiment made a deep impression, for it was evident that there was neither any understanding with the subject nor any collusion with the audience. How was Miss Lucile able to perform these interesting feats? "By magnetic education" was the magnetizer's answer. It was vague, and yet true.

        pg 7 "In his studies in pathological psychology, the point to which he has given especial prominence, is the law of mental dissolution. This law can be regarded as the key-stone of the structure he has reared. He has very correctly observed, and better than had been done before him, that there are stable states--strongly organized, resistive; and weak states--unstable, artificial, and easily lost. For instance, in memory, the stable states are the simple and common movements of adaptation; the more complex are the delicate movements of professional activity, the special memories. In the will, the stable and resistive are the simple impulses, having their origin in an organic state, as hunger, thirst; the less stable are the complex determinations of volition, in combination with mobile moral elements, such as duty, or remote interest. In attention, the stable is spontaneous attention, kept alert by an active sensation; the weak is voluntary attention and reflection. Now M. Ribot has shown that in progressive mental dissolutions, the progression invariably follows the same order; it proceeds from the less stable to the more stable; from the more delicately organized to the less delicately organized; from the higher to the lower. In substance, this is a great law of general pathology, of which M. Ribot has made a happy application to psychology." 

AND: "pg 18: "Under the above mentioned conditions, the experimentalist seizes a finger of the insensible hand, and impresses upon the finger in question alternate movements of flexion and extension; the patient, be it understood, not being able to see his own hand, does not know what is being done to him; he does not know whether they are bending or stretching one of his fingers. Nevertheless, it frequently happens that the finger thus manipulated spontaneously continues the movement which the experimentalist has impressed upon it; we may observe that it bends and straightens out again five or six times. The very same thing would happen if we had caused the wrist or elbow to perform passive movements.

     Now, what does this experiment prove, which admittedly is very simple and easy of repetition? Evidently, in order that the finger should spontaneously repeat the movement that has once been impressed upon it, it is necessary that the movement in question should have been perceived. The patient nevertheless declares that he has not felt or experienced anything in his finger. We must, accordingly, suppose that an unconscious perception of the movement has been produced; there doubtless has been a perception; the perception has engendered a similar movement--this too seems evident; but neither the sensation nor its motory effect have entered within the circle of the subject's consciousness. This little psycho-motory performance has been accomplished without his knowledge, and so to speak, quite outside of him." ]

 "By magnetic education" was the magnetizer's answer. It was vague, and yet true.

     There exists in magnetism a phenomenon little studied by hypnotizers--that of magnetic attraction, so-called. It is enough to bring the hand near the arm of the endormed subject: at once that arm goes out in the direction of the hand and follows all its movements. Though the magnet produces the same phenomenon, one must not suffer himself to be deceived by the analogy. This attraction has nothing in common with the attraction of iron by the magnet; it is not of a physical kind, but of the reflex order." (page 22, of this book)

Anyway. You get the drift.

Releasing Emotional Intensities And Traumas

     "This Awareness observes the movement of water as it occurs on a molecular level; it appears from without as being a continuous movement, however when one looks at the thermodynamics, one can observe there is hot and cold, or cold and colder. There are pockets of water that are carrying specific minerals and others that carry chemicals, and these cause the waters to move at different rates of speed.

     This Awareness indicates however, one can sit beside this water and find stillness and peace, even though the water itself is not pure and is not moving in a symmetrical fashion. This Awareness presents this as an analogy for one's emotions, for, the next two cycles of the moon will bring great emotional intensity to many, and this intensity comes at a time when all energies are magnified."

This shows that there are things happening around us, that we have no direct control over, but must deal with anyway. So the only way to be, is to be objective, dis-identified with things, in order to get a clearer picture of our purpose. It's as though, the SPIRIT itself moves everything in its own mysterious fashion and we must pay attention to those movements, just as Don Juan taught Carlos Castaneda, to observe with the heart, the spirit in its motion, in its imprint upon matter. The spirit is truly unpredictable, it is so creative that not one experience will be the same as another experience, no two petals on a flower are the same, even though they appear to be the same. Therefore, the Archon who thought that he was the creator, that he was doing all this stuff, is self deceived. He is what represents the negative ego, the arrogant one. In order to stay free of that attitude, we step aside from identifying with everything, and become an observer paying attention to what is happening, even as we ourselves are moved, emotionally as well as physically, in the order of things. We observe ourselves along with all the other events and incidents together, in an objective manner.

    "This Awareness suggests that when emotions arise with intensity, it is as if one is contracting during a stage of labor. The body is in a state of progression. The emotional body is in a state of progression to release that which is done, that which is complete. This Awareness suggests creating an attitude of grace around this movement, these places of constriction."

     Another thing I want to bring to the attention. In the first sentence Awareness says: "This Awareness observes the movement of water as it occurs on a molecular level." Are your physical eyes capable of looking inside me? Seeing who I really am? What I am made up of? Have you? Have you SEEN the holy hell and heaven that's inside this being? No. Of course not. In the next sentence he says: "it appears from without as being a continuous movement." But when you look at my countenance...you see a physical form. You see a lovely serene looking female figure. Just like any other human being. All supremely calm and serene from the surface aspects. That's your mask. That's your packaging. But that mask, is a real life, and one that we use to integrate with, hold in honor, in order to advance the structure which the Spirit has started. There are as though three different beings of me. There is that girl lady human being, then there is that middle being, the me consciousness of right here right now, and then there is that huge Mother of all Being, who came here, made this tripple structure, and is as though a ghost hanging behind me, way above me, over my head, and watching. I think that's what Jung has called the Archetype, but I find it more personal than that, and much more challenging than I ever could figure of some little fucking archetype that Jung has seen. It's fucking HUGE! Sometimes, overwhelming. There is so much to endure, and one can feel so helpless, and yet one just has to bite the bullet and have the most patience that they can muster up.

pg 27:

     "My other subject was also a young man, tall of stature, but not strong; highly intelligent, rather anaemic and consumptive. He was very sensitive, even too sensitive, to all sorts of impulsions (hypnoscope showed analgesia, instantaneous contracture of the whole arm). The application of the hypnoscope at the pit of the stomach produced in him a series of peculiar phenomena--sensations, contortions, sharp long-drawn cries, and rotary movements of the arms, the head, and the whole body. He was remarkable also for somnambulic and suggestional dreams of all the senses."
