I found a pathway, an inroad to upgrading your DNA. But you must find the pathway yourself. All I can do is point in the direction, and I'm gone, up that path myself!
Here's where I came up to, in this man's work, when it dawned on me that this was an inroad into your own DNA.

(pg 50 of PDF, 25 of book) "However, might we dare consider Mescalito may be just what the shamans (who know him best) always say he is--one of the "spirits" of the vegetation?"
[Here I have to inject my story. When we were flying around in a boat, two males two females, we reached an island, pretty isolated area, and the boats engine conked out. As we were floating closer to the island, I noticed that it was getting sundown and there would be a lot of mosquitos around, so I decided to do something I had learned from other books, which was to communicate with the "Angel (Spirit) of mosquitos." I sent my love to them, the Spirit and all the mosquitos that it is in charge over, and then I smiled and watched as we floated to the dock, tied the boat then sat at the picnic table they had there in the treed place. All three of them began smacking their bodies trying to kill the mosquitos that were biting them, but I had not one mosquito bite me. It was then around that time that these guys who were deep in thought trying to figure out what to do, looking somewhat frightened...I had already found a solution, I had spoken to the spirit asking to have someone sent here to help us who is capable of helping us, and so I was in a state of peace and love. That's when the female looked at me and noticed I sat still not smacking my body up. She was just about to say to the guys, and I knew she was about to, and I didn't want them to know because it would be useless to explain to them the structure, since I knew it would be wasted talk, so as soon as she opened her mouth to speak, a mosquito came and landed on my calf and as I was smacking my calf, but not where the mosquito was, but just under it, because I knew the mosquito was helping me to keep this a secret so I wasn't going to hurt it, as soon as she had finished telling them, 'look at Mary, she's strange, there's no mosquitos biting her,' and as they looked over at me, is when I hit my leg, so her words seemed to be a lie, and they immediately turned back to their own thinking and ignored everything else. I went back to not being bit, and they continued to smack their bodies. Then, as these guys were trying to figure something out, we saw a man and his boy come slowly around the curve and seeing them, the guys jumped to go ask for help, and he was capable of helping us, so he tied our boat to his and we were tugged back to main land. Yes, that was before cell phones were everywhere.]
Back to the work: "...spirits" of the vegetation? Too silly an idea for sophisticates like ourselves? Paracelsus, the founder of modern medicine, believed in such spirits and claimed frequent commerce with them. So did the German poet Goethe and the pioneer of organic agriculture, Rudolph Steiner--and the ideas of Geothe and Steiner, once rejected as too mystical, are currently being seriously reconsidered by many ecologists.
Or consider Gustav Fechner, the creator of scientific psychology and psychological measurement. Fechner lost his sight and then regained it, after which he asserted that with his new vision he saw many things normal people do not see--including auras around humans and other living creatures, and vegetation spirits just like Mescalito."
Alright. Now we head off to go visit a Gustav Fechner book: The Little Book of Life After Death.
In the Introduction, page 13 of PDF: "Fechner was, in fact, a philosopher in the "great" sense of the term, although he cared so much less than most philosophers do for purely logical abstractions. For him the abstract lived in the concrete; and although he worked as definitely and technically as the narrowest specialist works in each of the many lines of scientific inquiry which he successively followed, he followed each and all of them for the sake of his one overmastering general purpose, the purpose namely of elaborating what he called the "day-light-view" of the world into greater and greater system and completeness."
*And because William James was such an exquisite writer of the Introduction to Gustav Fechner's book, here is: Pragmatism, A New Name For Some Old Ways Of Thinking, by William James.
Alright. There you go. That's the door. The path is through that door. You want it? It's yours. I'm gone, already through it and wandering around enjoying myself. Thanks. That was fun helping someone else to find it too. Books are great when people share their own experiences with others so that they can compare what they've experienced with what the others have experienced and then put their own stuff to work. Gotta go!
There are two kinds of life after death. The one is where a person drops their physical form and moves their soul along, and the other is where the person drops their cover, and like a chick hatching from an egg sees everything in a new light, being born anew into the world.
He will no longer struggle to find the right words that would be able to describe to others something so that they might see it in their mind as a picture that words have constructed like pieces of a puzzle, so that they get the drift of what you're trying to communicate...like deaf dumb and blind people trying to communicate to each other somehow...
But transcending earthly limitations he will now feel new strength and joy in growing and know that all immediate existence around him are also with him with their own souls, seeing and experiencing and feeling in the spirit side of themselves as well, so that words are hardly even necessary. That's true communication. Even though those who still need words, have no clue how that could have anything to do with communication. As Ramtha says, it's the difference between the "villager" and the "master."
"The relation of the first stage to the second recurs in a higher degree in the relations of the second to the third." like for example, how there was a space left inbetween the sentences above. Or how the fibonacci scale works. For example, let's look at the size of an Atom. They teach that there is mostly space in there, that the nucleus and the electron are super far apart from each other like a few football fields apart. But when you remember the Fibonacci scale then you can realize that it is not invisible space or empty space inbetween that electron and the center, but instead, those who have advanced far ahead of us, are positioned somewhere inbetween that electron and the nucleus, wherefore, the entire Atom is FULL of activity...and yet, is only perceivable to those who develop in tune with the structure to see it. So it is like the Universe we are living in, travelling through, such as when one aspect grows up to a higher aspect, the place they left is replaced by new, needing to experience and learn, beings. And they move up, and the others above them move up and so on, so that when you begin to learn how to communicate and travel throughout the place, you can visit those who are way up there or way below...but it's not to say that those way below are ignorant, because if they were, then there could not be a foundation, everything would fall without a foundation. So one can visit all kinds of different places once one is familiar and respectful of how all things work.
It also shows here in this Cosmic Awareness Newsletter 1979-18; "This Awareness indicates that apart from these three immortal realms, there is the realm of Terrestria, wherein mortals do exist, live and die, move from the immortal realm into mortal bodies, and then back into immortal realms again. This Awareness indicates that many entities from the immortal realm look forward to life on the mortal plane of Terrestria, for within that realm there becomes more interesting experiences which allow for greater learning and greater awareness of themselves. This Awareness indicates that many entities move between the realms of Hades and the realms of Celestria through transition experiences within the realm of Terrestria."
And all this is in synchronicity with the Torus:
