The Thought Of You. Light Itself.
Depths of thought go in here to contemplate just who you are. This helps one to know how to operate well.

"When thought contemplated itself in your beginning, what it expanded itself into was the principle of thought called light. Light was created first because whenever thought is contemplated and expanded, it is always lowered into a vibratory frequency that emits light. (For example, when you think of a certain person, depending on how you view them, a certain vibration comes through. When you think of a building, say a really beautifully decorated one, a certain vibration comes through. If you think of the dumps, a certain vibration comes through. So every thought has its own vibration). LIGHT is thus the first lowered form of contemplated, expanded thought.
"Your original heritage goes back to the birthing of light, for each particum of light born of the first contemplated thought became an individual, a God, a son. Thus all became what is termed lightbeings at the birthing of creation. Everyone was created into being at the same moment. All entities that ever were, or ever will be, were created from thought into light the moment God contemplated itself. The light emanating from the space of thought became adjacent to and part of the mind of God, the flow of all thought, termed the river of thought."

"For instance, in order to create a new and unique flower, you must have the thought of a flower emerge. The thought of a flower is taken from the flow of ongoing thought which the Spirit or light of your being is at one with. The thought is then held clear in the soul as an image, in the form of emotion. Through desire, you can now recall the image of the thought "flower," contemplate it, and expand it into whatever unique form, colour, or height you desire. Now you can uniquely create a flower how ever you wish, and at any moment you wish. By holding the thought perfectly still in memory, you may paint its picture perfectly.
"Without your soul you could not expand the (Spirit) Father into created form, for you could not make thought stand still, in order to contemplate and expand it into creation. Now, what you term creation, is really the value of life that has always been. There is no beginning to creation and certainly there is no ending to it. And the creators from the substance of thought are all of you, the light-entities, the Gods. Everything has been created by the sons from the thought that the Father is, and whatever the sons create becomes the expanded self of the Father. Everything that you see around you is called matter. The Father is the matter, for everything is God. But the creators and designers of the matter, are the artisans of artisans which all of you are, Gods that you are, for you had from your beginning, the purposeful intelligence to create into matter whatever ideals you could envision through thought. Everything is derived from thought, everything. Each thing of matter has come forth from a thought that was embraced into emotion to form an ideal of creation. Before anything was ever created, the thought of it was first envisioned through the soul, as an ideal. All things of matter were created from a thought ideal envisioned by the Gods and put together by them from the matter that the Father is.
"Now all matter is surrounded by light. Your scientists are beginning to suspect, and they are correct in their suspicion, that if you take light and lower or slow its vibratory frequency, it becomes gross matter. And where did the light come from? Thought, God.
"Whenever you contemplate thought, and emotionally embrace it, the thought expands into the vibratory frequency of light. If you slow the movement of the particles of light, and condense it, you create electrum, an electromagnetic field that has positive and negative poles, which you call electricity. If you slow and condense the thought still further, beyond the electromagnetic fields, the electrum coagulates into gross matter. Gross matter then coagulates into the molecular and cellular structures called form. And the form is held together by the thought that the soul envisioned as an ideal creation.
"All things are created by taking that which has no speed, thought, and expanding it into that which does, light, and then slowing the light down until you create this and that and all that is around you."
And now we go to, "Saint Germain On Alchemy." Chapter 5, Formulas for Precipitation. This is only one example on how to exercise the powers that you have within you. There are many ways of doing it, but just to get an idea, this will be helpful for anyone who is truly interested in expanding their own potentials, to try it out and see deeper into yourself with these exercises. You can build your own way of doing things as you become aware of YOUR true nature. This is only one man's nature, but he is sharing it with us, so it is advised that you listen and learn from someone who has done this and is doing it already. That's how you can help yourself to learn the in's and the out's about it...or to awaken yourself to what you already know, but have forgotten.
"Not what might be, but what will be because man envisions, invokes, and equates with Universal law. Alchemy! The wondrous science of change that fulfills the heart's deepest desires, orders man's affairs, and renews the sweet purity of his original communion with the Great Progenitor.
"The concept of multiplication of cells points to the law of nature that provides for a continual addendum. This law which governs the reproduction of life after its kind does not involve the physical body alone, but the mind, the feelings, and the memory as well as the pure Spirit of man. Coordination between the four lower bodies and the higher vehicles enables man first to control his environment and then to create -- on condition that he can understand and not be hindered by the obvious illusions of the appearance world whose point of reference is time and space.
"Now, the presence or absence of certain factors either lengthen or shorten the time of precipitation (that is, manifestation) even though all other components be in order. Therefore, when these factors are known, they can be systematically eliminated in order to shorten the time of manifestation. The primary deterrents to precipitation should be recognized as (1) inharmony in the feeling world, (2) a sense of lonliness or abandonment, and (3) a sense of smallness or insecurity and doubt.
"Sometimes the presence of these factors can be minimized by a simple act of faith. At other times it may require more earnest application to the Deity and a strengthening of the positive counteractions which are designed to eliminate completely the negative influences manifesting within and without one's world. It may seem strange to some of you that I call to your attention these simple facts. But may I honestly say, they are not so simple, for the effects of these mood energies upon the creative intent are of far greater consequence than humanity are willing to admit. By pointing out the need to correct these conditions, and making the would-be alchemist aware of the influence they exert upon his desired manifestation, I feel we are taking a big step in the right direction. For, this knowledge applied, will avoid the introduction of discouraging factors at a later time, when for some, the anticipated results will not be immediately forthcoming, for the very reasons I have stated.
"This brings me to the place where I want to amplify, at the beginning of my instruction, the need for perseverance. Frequently, failure to persevere in the correct course, has nullified all fruitage just before the harvest from the invisible world was ready to release itself into the hands and use of the seeker. We would mention now, some of the great and vital alchemical factors whose positive power should also be considered. Chief amongst this list is faith. This includes a belief in the whirling power that keeps the electrons in vital motion revolving around their nucleonic centers. This power resembles a tightly compressed, almost omnipotent spring. It is central to every solar system and atom whose magnetic flux and emanation, while centered in its own nucleus, is able under cosmic law, to tie into limitless energy fields, to produce whatsoever miraculous manifestation is the requirement of the moment -when the individual is able to convince himself and the universe that his course is right.
"Now, we have all seen men who were remarkably successful in producing wrong action simply because they were convinced that their course was right, even though they were actually wrong. This does not mean that Cosmos itself is proverbially blind; it is simply indicative of the cosmic need to protect the secrets of creation from the eyes of the curious and to guard the treasures of heaven through the systems of initiation evolved by the Brotherhood. For this very reason, the fiat of God went forth "Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the Tree of Life and eat and live for ever: therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden [guard-in] of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken."
"The inner necessity of the universe to protect its secrets from the profane can be seen in the activities of the Luciferian hordes who, from time to time during the long history of the planet, have involved the sons of God in a misuse of the creative and sacred power of life. This they have done through psychedelic perversions, dangerous drugs, their infectious spirit of rebellion against order -which is heaven's first law- and the spread of chaos, often in the name of idealism. But this brand of idealism has always been based on intellectual pride; it is put forth as the counterplan of the carnal mind that competes with the Divine Mind, considering itself superior thereto. Therefore, if I have seemed overly protective in this intermediate course in alchemy, heaven knows there is a reason for it.
"And now I say to each one, taking into account the semantics of alchemy, let us recognize that the word altar signifies a sacred place of change. Here all change is wrought by God's law. God is law. His law does not exist without love. But unfortunately, owing to the very generosity inherent within the Divine Nature which allows various functions of the law to be used by evolving humanity, it has been possible for man to separate the law from love. Thus, the more mechanical aspects of alchemy, called magic, have been employed down through the centuries by those who have use their knowledge of God's laws for selfish ends. This was demonstrated at the Court of Pharaoh when Aaron, a true alchemist of the Spirit, was challenged by the magicians who cast down their rods that also became serpents. The mechanical aspects of the law are often combined with trickery to produce phenomena which in the eyes of God are meaningless. Once a man has attained the position of a true spiritual adept, he has developed the powers of love and wisdom within the framework of Universal law. He is innocent of harm to any, and his alchemical feats reflect his selflessness. Then the miracles he produces are of far less importance in his own eyes than the miracle of his oneness with his Creator.
"So now as we face the altar, the place consecrated to the science of wondrous change, we must recognize the two courses before us. The first is to choose a course of action based on the highest knowledge made known to us. We decide what we wish to change. We decide why it needs to be changed. This gives motive power to our alchemical experiment. At the same time, we recognize the limitations of man's knowledge and the superiority of the God Self and of the elder brothers of Light to assist him in working out his individual destiny. Therefore, the second course of action is to be aware that right change can be produced without conscious knowledge of what that change ought to be. We simply invoke from God the purity of his divine plane for right change. In other words, we command in the name of the Lord -which man as a co-creator with God has the right to do- an alchemical precipitation of the gifts and graces of the Spirit that will endow the blessed son with the qualities of the Christ, thereby making him more capable as a spiritual alchemist and more integrated with the Universal plan. I have found that wherever the second alchemical technique is employed, it strengthens the first course of invocation (invoked action) and fills the gaps in man's forte of knowledge, covering his ignorance by the cloak of true spirituality.
"As we face the altar, aware of the realities of God and of the potential for their realization in man, let us also take into account those masterful beings who have already secured for themselves the ability to produce change at will. Surely the assistance of those who have been successful in the alchemical arts will be invaluable in producing the fruit of our desires. Invocations and prayers, of one's choice, are then in perfect order. With an awareness of the law, faith in its impersonal operation, and a determined intent that once the formula has been developed, the desired manifestation must be realeased into form, we shall proceed with the business of creating change.
"Now, one of the most effective means by which change can be produced -and this which I here make known to you is a deep and wondrous secret held by many of the Eastern and Western adepts- is through what I will call "the creation of the cloud." Saint Paul referred to a "cloud of witnesses." I am referring to a cloud of infinte energy which, somewhat like the ether, so popularized by the scientists of a century ago, is everywhere present, but nowhere manifest until it is called into action.
"At first reading, to those who are empirically minded -skilled only in the material aspects of science and in what the senses can perceive- my foregoing remarks may seem to be just so much foolishness. If any think that, I can only have compassion for them. I cannot help them, nor does the law require me to apologize; for I have proved this principle many times with the greatest success. And I think that where the great adepts do not consciously use it, then it is automated for them through their contact with the Higher Mind. But for most of our beginning and intermediate students, it will be essential that they learn the process carefully in order that they can first consciously create the cloud and then wait until its appearance becomes an automated process in their beings.
Chapter 6. "Create!" and the Cloud.
(passing through all his jibber jabber)... "you will first create the cloud from the enormous power of God stored at every point in space, waiting to be invoked. The power of vision is central to our invocation. Therefore, we shall create in our minds first a milky white radiance, and we shall see this milky white radiance as an electronic vibratory action of vital, moving, ineffable light. The concentration of the light, which we call the density of the light, is that which makes the milky white colour. If the cloud were attenuated, we would be able to see through it as though the scenes around us were enveloped in a fog. Now having created in our minds this form of a bright translucent cloud, we allow it to enfold our physical bodies and to occupy our forcefield. For a moment we become lost in the midst of the cloud, and then it seems as though it has always been there. Its atmosphere is familiar, comfortable. We recognize that the mind has the power to expand its cicle of influence, but we must not try to move far from the parent tree of self. Let this bright shining cloud at first be nine feet in diameter around oneself. Later, perhaps we shall expand it to a diameter of ninety feet, then nine hundred feet and further. In our early meditations we shall concentrate on intensifying the action of the white light in our minds. From thence we shall transfer that action to the nine-foot area around the physical form. Once we have developed the sense of this cloud being around our physical forms, we shall understand that whereas the cloud can be made visible to the physical sight, our primary concern is to keep its high vibratory action purely spiritual. Those of you familiar with electronics and the workings of a rheostat will understand that by a simple twist of the dial of consciousness, we can intensify the vibratory action of the cloud. In this case we coalesce more light around each central point of light, for our cloud is composed of many light points whose auras diffuse and blend with one another making the total effect one of a lacy yet highly concentrated white radiance, a pure swirling cloud of cosmic energy.
"What is this mighty cloud we have created, this forcefield of vibrating energy, and why did we create it in the first place? Actually, whereas I have used the word create, it would be more appropriate if perhaps I used the word magnetize, for we are actually magnetizing that which is already everywhere present in space. Amplifying an intense action of light from within its own forcefield, more than would normally manifest in a given area. We are thereby drawing upon universal God-power to produce this cloud that first penetrates and then hallows our immediate forcefield in order that we may have a spiritual altar upon which we may project the pictures of reality that we desire to create."
"As you gain spiritual power through these periods of meditation upon the cloud, which at first should not exceed fifteen minutes a day, try to understand, the creative cloud, once dispersed by your fiat at the conclusion of your creative ceremony, will continue to expand and expand throughout the universe as a globe of translucent white fire, eddying in ever-widening spheres to contact all that is real and that is really yours. The cloud, as the manifestation of the power of your creative energy, the fire of your Spirit, will draw into your world the very consciousness of God himself; evoked from the central pores of being and beautifully expanding as an altar of God, the cloud will hallow space wherever it expands."

"As you perform this ritual exercise of creating the cloud through attunement with the creative power of the universe, becoming thereby a co-creator with God, you will gain a feeling of detachment from the world as though you were merely an observer to what is taking place around you. This will occur as you allow yourself to flow automatically into the great creative power of the Macrocosm. (I actually call it just floating one inch above your body while still occupying it. It's a joyful detachment and you're still fully present where ever you are at.) "...through it man discovers the Summit of his being, the place where the lower self is wed to the Higher, where Matter and Spirit merge."
From here, all you have to do is imagine what you want. Just wish for it, and suddenly it will appear. There's really not much to it. It's just that most people don't have a clue that it even exists, this possibility, and therefore they never educate themselves about it. You do want to have a clean proper nature toward yourself, others and life itself. That helps. Otherwise you just won't get it. Good luck. Or, I mean, blessings! Lol.

Therefore, the second course of action is to be aware that right change can be produced without conscious knowledge of what that change ought to be. We simply invoke from God the purity of his divine plane for right change. In other words, we command in the name of the Lord -which man as a co-creator with God has the right to do- an alchemical precipitation of the gifts and graces of the Spirit that will endow the blessed son with the qualities of the Christ, thereby making him more capable as a spiritual alchemist and more integrated with the Universal plan. I have found that wherever the second alchemical technique is employed, it strengthens the first course of invocation (invoked action) and fills the gaps in man's forte of knowledge, covering his ignorance by the cloak of true spirituality.
"As we face the altar, aware of the realities of God and of the potential for their realization in man, let us also take into account those masterful beings who have already secured for themselves the ability to produce change at will. Surely the assistance of those who have been successful in the alchemical arts will be invaluable in producing the fruit of our desires. Invocations and prayers, of one's choice, are then in perfect order. With an awareness of the law, faith in its impersonal operation, and a determined intent that once the formula has been developed, the desired manifestation must be realeased into form, we shall proceed with the business of creating change.
"Now, one of the most effective means by which change can be produced -and this which I here make known to you is a deep and wondrous secret held by many of the Eastern and Western adepts- is through what I will call "the creation of the cloud." Saint Paul referred to a "cloud of witnesses." I am referring to a cloud of infinte energy which, somewhat like the ether, so popularized by the scientists of a century ago, is everywhere present, but nowhere manifest until it is called into action.
"At first reading, to those who are empirically minded -skilled only in the material aspects of science and in what the senses can perceive- my foregoing remarks may seem to be just so much foolishness. If any think that, I can only have compassion for them. I cannot help them, nor does the law require me to apologize; for I have proved this principle many times with the greatest success. And I think that where the great adepts do not consciously use it, then it is automated for them through their contact with the Higher Mind. But for most of our beginning and intermediate students, it will be essential that they learn the process carefully in order that they can first consciously create the cloud and then wait until its appearance becomes an automated process in their beings.
Chapter 6. "Create!" and the Cloud.
(passing through all his jibber jabber)... "you will first create the cloud from the enormous power of God stored at every point in space, waiting to be invoked. The power of vision is central to our invocation. Therefore, we shall create in our minds first a milky white radiance, and we shall see this milky white radiance as an electronic vibratory action of vital, moving, ineffable light. The concentration of the light, which we call the density of the light, is that which makes the milky white colour. If the cloud were attenuated, we would be able to see through it as though the scenes around us were enveloped in a fog. Now having created in our minds this form of a bright translucent cloud, we allow it to enfold our physical bodies and to occupy our forcefield. For a moment we become lost in the midst of the cloud, and then it seems as though it has always been there. Its atmosphere is familiar, comfortable. We recognize that the mind has the power to expand its cicle of influence, but we must not try to move far from the parent tree of self. Let this bright shining cloud at first be nine feet in diameter around oneself. Later, perhaps we shall expand it to a diameter of ninety feet, then nine hundred feet and further. In our early meditations we shall concentrate on intensifying the action of the white light in our minds. From thence we shall transfer that action to the nine-foot area around the physical form. Once we have developed the sense of this cloud being around our physical forms, we shall understand that whereas the cloud can be made visible to the physical sight, our primary concern is to keep its high vibratory action purely spiritual. Those of you familiar with electronics and the workings of a rheostat will understand that by a simple twist of the dial of consciousness, we can intensify the vibratory action of the cloud. In this case we coalesce more light around each central point of light, for our cloud is composed of many light points whose auras diffuse and blend with one another making the total effect one of a lacy yet highly concentrated white radiance, a pure swirling cloud of cosmic energy.
"What is this mighty cloud we have created, this forcefield of vibrating energy, and why did we create it in the first place? Actually, whereas I have used the word create, it would be more appropriate if perhaps I used the word magnetize, for we are actually magnetizing that which is already everywhere present in space. Amplifying an intense action of light from within its own forcefield, more than would normally manifest in a given area. We are thereby drawing upon universal God-power to produce this cloud that first penetrates and then hallows our immediate forcefield in order that we may have a spiritual altar upon which we may project the pictures of reality that we desire to create."
"As you gain spiritual power through these periods of meditation upon the cloud, which at first should not exceed fifteen minutes a day, try to understand, the creative cloud, once dispersed by your fiat at the conclusion of your creative ceremony, will continue to expand and expand throughout the universe as a globe of translucent white fire, eddying in ever-widening spheres to contact all that is real and that is really yours. The cloud, as the manifestation of the power of your creative energy, the fire of your Spirit, will draw into your world the very consciousness of God himself; evoked from the central pores of being and beautifully expanding as an altar of God, the cloud will hallow space wherever it expands."
Chapter 7. The Science of Picturization.
"As you perform this ritual exercise of creating the cloud through attunement with the creative power of the universe, becoming thereby a co-creator with God, you will gain a feeling of detachment from the world as though you were merely an observer to what is taking place around you. This will occur as you allow yourself to flow automatically into the great creative power of the Macrocosm. (I actually call it just floating one inch above your body while still occupying it. It's a joyful detachment and you're still fully present where ever you are at.) "...through it man discovers the Summit of his being, the place where the lower self is wed to the Higher, where Matter and Spirit merge."
From here, all you have to do is imagine what you want. Just wish for it, and suddenly it will appear. There's really not much to it. It's just that most people don't have a clue that it even exists, this possibility, and therefore they never educate themselves about it. You do want to have a clean proper nature toward yourself, others and life itself. That helps. Otherwise you just won't get it. Good luck. Or, I mean, blessings! Lol.

Delving Into Depths & Heights.
Bringing things out into the open to look at, is where it's at. Things hidden may destroy you, but those things brought to the light, heal you ...is what it shows in this book:
"Years of disciplined study had trained my mind to think as a scientist and physician, molding me along the narrow paths of conservatism in my profession. I distrusted anything that could not be proved by traditional scientific methods. I was aware of some of the studies in parapsychology that were being conducted at major universities across the country, but they did not hold my attention. It all seemed too farfetched to me.
"Then I met Catherine. For eighteen months I used conventional methods of therapy to help her overcome her symptoms. When nothing seemed to work, I tried hypnosis. In a series of trance states, Catherine recalled "past-life" memories that proved to be the causative factors of her symptoms. She also was able to act as a conduit for information from highly evolved "spirit entities," and through them she revealed many of the secrets of life and death. In just a few short months, her symptoms disappeared, and she resumed her life, happier and more at peace than ever before.

I would like to be hypnotized, put in a trance, by a close friend, and delve through my inner structure. That would probably be really helpful. Until then, I'll just have to work on self-hypnosis.
This is an interesting and helpful book, to look at structures:
Page 42: "What I did not yet fully appreciate was that the steady day-in and day-out pounding of undermining influences, such as a parent's scathing criticisms, could cause even more psychological trauma than a single traumatic event. These damaging influences, because they blend into the everyday background of our lives, are even more difficult to remember and exorcise. A constantly criticized child can lose as much confidence and self-esteem as one who remembers being humiliated on one particular horrifying day. A child whose family is impoverished and has very little food available on a day-to-day basis might eventually suffer from the same psychological problems as a child who experienced one major episode of accidental near-starvation. I would soon realize that the day-in and day-out pounding of negative forces had to be recognized and resolved with as much attention as that paid to the single overwhelmingly traumatic event."
Page 74: "I would become increasingly frustrated by the uncrossable gulf between Catherine's conscious awake intellect and her trance-level superconscious mind. While she was hypnotized, I would have fascinating philosophical dialogues with her at the superconscious level. When awake, however, Catherine had no interest in philosophy or related matters. She lived in the world of everyday detail, oblivious of the genius within her."
Similar to my everyday experiences. When one can tap into another's higher self and communicate with them, but the person who is conscious has no consciousness of that self, well, that is quite frustrating. It's as though there were a wall between them and their true self, lodged in between, keeping them from being able to communicate on that level.... where only their 'five' senses are noticed by them and nothing more.

Dr: "Yes, I know. How many children do you have?" The reporter in me was not letting her grieve.
Catherine: "I have three, two boys and a girl." After dutifully answering my question, she returned to her grief. "They have put his body under something, under some cover..." She seemed very sad.
Why would someone grieve, looking at pictures from the past? They are like totally attached to the situation, with no objective view of it, totally immersed in the holographic reality, the memory, as though they were living it in the moment. I think that's strange. That needs to be looked at; deciphered.
You see ... you're beautiful because you do things correctly. It's like a magnet. It attracts others to one who is doing things correctly. It doesn't mean you're doing things correctly for others, since every other is a completely unique kind all in their own self, but that you are doing things correctly for your own self. That is what makes a being a magnetic attraction to others. The fallacy is when they begin to worship and or follow that one, forgetting their own self, their own correction, hahaha. Correct. That's what happened a long time ago. Hence, this pile of mess. But it has to be worked out, nevertheless. It's just really nice to see some progress. Really nice.

"It's like Ayn Rand's "witch doctor" and "Attila the Hun," they work together to erect these satanic mills (grinding out the power from the human being) that Blake was talking about; they're both "iffy-phallic" modes of existence, and they sign millions of people up. Control over the Will and the Raw Power of a man, and the control over his Emotions... they must be together if the whole being is to be enslaved."
That's what we have seen in this book delving into the depths and heights of past lives and the doctor's standing in his beginning ways, unwilling to look outside of the box, until this experience, which set him freer than he was before. Only problem though, is he seems enamoured by the so-called 'masters.'

Jagged Edged
Somewhere in Steiner's writings I read about a jagged edged star. I suppose it has long beams, medium beams, and short beams, and not one of them are the same size, they're all different... which it appears to mean, a never ending cornucopia of creative energy, treasure, just keeps pouring forth. If you want to put it into a positive way, because I'm not sure Steiner was thinking of it on a positive level. But I always like to move things in a positive way since that's where everything came from to begin with.
I caunt find a picture to describe it. So this will have to do for now.

A person has, I think, two tori around them, sort of like looking at a globe that has two metal sphere's around it, one going this way, the other one going another way. I wonder whether a person could join in another person's field so that both their tori function in unison, correctly. I wonder whether that's possible, and would it to be, what type of activity, or result would occur out of it?
Sighs and symbols. Always such a tough task. Like Ramtha tells us, allowing all thoughts with no judgement is the way to go. So I have two twins around me. I've lived here since 2000 or 01, don't really remember now, but they're Alex's children. And when Alex passed in 2008 or 09, the twin sons took over. There are always signs surrounding a person in their life. They just need to be aware of them. So, mm, like in Riley's blog: “The effects of Ahriman are connected with the mirroring of the lower Devachan, that of the Asuras with the mirroring of the higher Devachan in the physical world. Here, we have a second criterion indicating that in the case of the Asuras, we are dealing with an independent realm of beings within the adversary powers.” HANS-WERNER SCHROEDER
But I'm trying to figure out what it means. When I visited "Seven" in that other world, he showed me a large "X" (crossed) mirror with a neon green glow to it, and out of that mirror, another one appeared. So you can say those are twin mirrors. But I still am having trouble figuring it out. Wonder if there is any supermind that could help me figure these things out?
Don Juan in the Carlos Castaneda series of books, goes through his entire life, taking important aspects of it, placing them into a sorcerers book, to study them carefully, for meaning, then out of all this, he builds himself another body, he says, so that he could drop that body in the astral world and watch as the eagle comes to take that body instead of him, so now he is free to go wherever he likes, he doesn't have to incarnate because he's ascended. These are similar steps, in gathering of unique and important experiences in one's life, and building a new body:
"When after death he reaches Devachan, he finds, as we have seen, the picture of his body as it was in his last life, and within him he still carries the fruits of the memory-picture of his last life. It is now possible for him to compare the course of his development in his various lives: what he was like before the experiences of his last life and what he can become when the experiences of this latest life are added to those of the others. Accordingly he forms for himself a picture of a new body, standing one step higher than his previous bodies.
At the first stage in Devachan, therefore, a man corrects his previous life-picture, and out of the fruits of his former lives he prepares the picture of his body for his next incarnadon.
At the second stage in Devachan, life pulsates as a reality, as though in rivers and streams. During earthly existence a man has life within him and he cannot perceive it; now he sees it flowing past and he uses it to animate the form he had built up at the first stage.
At the third stage of Devachan, a man is surrounded by all the passions and feelings of his past life, but now they come before him as clouds, thunder and lightning. He sees all this as it were objectively; he learns to understand it, and to observe it as he observes physical things on Earth; and he gathers all his experiences into the life of his soul. By dint of seeing these pictures of the life of soul he is able to incorporate their particular qualities, and thus he endows with soul the body he had formed at the first stage.
That is the purpose of Devachan. A man has to advance a stage further there, so he himself prepares the image of his body for his next incarnation. That is one of his tasks in Devachan; but he has many others also. He is by no means concerned only with himself. Everything he does is done in full consciousness."

Anyway...
On to connecting links together. In the July newsletter of Cosmic Awareness, somone asked this question: "How do I restore my 12-strand DNA? What is the best procedure?" And Awareness responds: "As an entity seeks to reclaim his or her personal domain and in so doing, releases those aspects of programming that would limit that domain or have been feeding off that domain, thus returning that power to the entity, then the ability to access Life Force Energy and Soul Energy and Earth Energies become alive and redistributed properly, and that which is reflected as DNA will intuitively and innately return to its highest function.
The limitations that are observed are a result of the personal domain being usurped and used by other entities, or religions, or corporations, or doctrines, or astral beings, or off-planet beings. There is a wide plethora of entities that are manipulating and utilizing the personal domain of humans. This is an intentional byproduct of distorting the human's ability to access heart discernment."
I remember reading a book by the Pleiadians, "bringers of the dawn" and thinking to myself, these beings want to possess humanity it seems, and to live vicariously through them, because they were calling our DNA a living library and said that the lizards had thrown all our books into the middle of the room, and that they are here trying to help us get our books back into order because they want to be able to use our library with us. Ha! Yup. Cosmic Awareness is correct about the corruption of many, and it's no wonder the human cannot even see what is going on, those greedy have blurred the picture so much!
And here's another instance, that of science: "This Awareness observes that there are certain aspects of the foundational principles of physics that are intentionally maligned. There is a greater understanding emerging regarding the nature of primary particles and their functional process. If one is seeking to understand the principles of physics or any scientific focus: nuclear, quantum, nano, biomedical or biochemistry, phsychological or physiological, then, before one integrates the principles that are offered, first examine the history of how those principles emerged and then look beyond, to those energies and/or entities that were seeking to manipulate behind the scenes a specific construct of science for navigating the science through the mind. This Awareness indicates there is a very direct link to why the sciences are devoid of heart energy. This absence of heart energy, this absence of using the heart to discern the path of energy and its functions and processes on a molecular or subatomic level, is rooted in elite powers seeking to divest from the personal domain of many, the ability to utilize with this intrinsic tool to discern the truth, which is the heart." (The TOOL is the Heart! What it seems they do then, is to malign your experiences with the heart so that you don't see clearly that it is a tool. So now we can take it out of the tool shed, clean it up and put it to good use).
"In the absence of heart discernment and in the consistent and continual presence of programming, mind control, and patterning, the mind is very easily manipulated so that it is unable to recognize the loss of personal domain...and the presence of self-sacrifice and the sacrifice of Life Force and/or children, animals and humanity. This is not by coincidence; it is intentional."
"Thus, when bringing oneself into the realm of understanding that which is finite, which is subatomic, wich is examined by the laws of physics, one would benefit if one is seeking truth to examine first why those laws were given. How do they align with Universal laws, with natural laws? How do they misalign, or how are they distorted? What do those distortions provide to the scientific community? what aberrations of mind do they create?
As an example, the beginning scientific understandings of the sperm fertilizing the egg. Even though the data present indicated specific actions taken by the sperm and by the egg, attributes were given: psychological, emotional, mental and spiritual were applied to those elements, to the actions that they achieved. This had a rippling out effect that influenced the culture of that society.
"The understanding of how the brain works, of how much of the brain is used, is another example. Another is the study of fat and sugar and their effects upon the human body. These are all based on science -the study of the function at the molecular level, and these have shaped a great deal of the functionality of the programming that is in place.
"Yet, if science were using the discernment of the heart instead of the mind, one could easily identify the false truths that were being presented, because any entity could, through their heart, communicate with those structures -with the sperm and the egg, with the brain and its functionality, with those aspects of the biochemistry of the human form that utilize or cannot utilize fat and sugar. One would benefit from asking oneself, "Why?" ..and.. "Who benefits from mind discernment versus heart discernment?" ..and.. "What do they benefit?"
"As one seeks truth through heart discernment, one begins that process of disentangling themselves from the programming that is rampant upon the planet at this time.
"This Awareness indicates that Universal Law and natural law indicate a progression of energy transfer that results in multiple byproducts that can be observed at the larger scale. On the subtler scale, the molecular or subatomic, duality exists, but it is only "as necessary."
"The foundation of dimensional reality is the distortion of light, the distortion of energy which generates light." (no wonder it's called "dim--ensional". In other words, they think light is playdough. You can already see the 2-yr old in the playpen). Therefore, what it seems this Awarness is saying, is that we who generate light, are used as playdough in the hands of grotesquely maligned babies!
"Thus, in studying these distortions -which is everything that is in existence within the known world-, if one operates from the perspective that one is observing a distortion, of that which is universal and beyond distortion exists in a state of Oneness, then one becomes increasingly cognizant of the interconnetedness of all life.
"As energy passes through the prism and expands into an unfolded state of spectrum of frequency and vibration, there are energetic signatures that apply to each frequency and vibration; thus, the methodologies for studying, for examining the functionality of these components, shifts. The compartment into which information is stored, shifts. (In other words, it's not stored in the head, that for sure, haha!) How the experiments are conducted also changes, because the frame upon which one is seeking to determine something, must also shift. For example, if one is seeking to understand the brain, one must first understand the dynamics of the energy field that is the heart.
"An understanding of the complete toroidal structure, and its intricacies as it extends into multidimensionality and into a non-dualistic state as it passes into the soul, must be considered for a complete understanding of how those energies are then reflected upon the tissues and energetic structures of the brain.
"When one observes the brain as a receiver of light, a receiver of distortions received from pure energetic transference through the toroidal structures of the heart, the brain becomes something entirely different in its functionality. Thus, how one would achieve a test, an experiment, of its ability to function, also changes. The understanding of the rules that apply to the brain also change. Understanding its capacity to effectively and efficiently invoke change within other areas, also changes. When one perceives the heart as the primary function, and the brain as secondary or tertiery (third) function, the process of understanding human functionality, biochemistry, physiology, biology, and psychology, shifts dramatically.
"Yet, when one considers that those fields of science and their pursuits are limited to brain functionality and have discouraged the intervention of the heart or the presence of the heart, and it has been sanctioned off as an isolated component that can only be consulted occasionally (then you know you're dealing with grey and reptilian psychopaths, that is, non-sentient beings), one begins to unravel and uncover the programming that is present.
"This Awareness suggests there is a field of understanding that is of yet, unknown. That is of the supportive energetic structures that exist within the personal domain and body-space of the human, or any being that incarnates in a repetitive cycle. This Awareness has begun drawing attention to these structures, and to providing preliminary understandings of the relational dynamics that these structures have to one's incarnate experience, as well as the transitional experiences between lifetimes, between incarnations. (Read above: Devachan).
"As one separates from the physical, one merges with those structures that are anchored to the greater energetic form of that soul. (I experienced that in a death situation, when I left my body, my higher self was there to attract me into her. She looked like me but, hey, that's for me to recognize her I suppose. She's the one who wore that pure black dress that has the living light shining from it so it looks like the most unique fabric. And she was just hovering there above and in front of me, where the dress looked like it was moving as though in water, like those pictures you see photographers taking fashion shots under water). This movement progresses through a cycle of integration, and for those that are engaged in a reincarnational contract, through their religious affiliations or other occult affiliations, progress through a cycle of reintegration into the next incarnation.
"For those souls that do not participate or have removed these contracts, the transition cycle is very different. The focus here is upon support structures, for they are both of a natural law and a Universal law. (Like when I fell in love a short while ago and my structure went whacko, they suddenly noticed me in that other dimension, and one said to me they thought that I was lost to the dark. But they were so glad they found me...all because I fell in love, I think, since it drew me out of my personal mesmerizations of everything, and I could no longer hide in the dark, so I started booming out into that world, "showing." Therefore, they took me through these tunnels, and I met them up there in a beautiful space, with stars and everything, nice dark background and sparkling stars everywhere. I could move so fast, it was so awesome. So after three days, which started always at the travelling through my lower unconscious, which is quite ugly, with weird stuff everywhere, like some wasteland, I think they call it lower fourth dimension, but still all kinds of friends are found there too, then I would go through this loooong tunnel, which had rings upon rings forming a tunnel in the darkness, and I would end up on the other end where all of them brilliant beautiful beings were, and they began helping me. While I lay in bed the last day, they came down to my body and performed some kind of light-therapy, which I think had to do with my torus structure, because they swooped a technichal structure of a type of light on the sideways over my body, forming one leg of the "X" and then they performed it on the other side making the other leg. And I could feel that light moving through my structure, correcting it, especially the second swoop, wow, it just made my whole body tremble. But I felt better afterwards. Then it was basically over. And I was now up and moving about again, able to start healing my self. So yea, it's a totally different structure than the mind manipulators that don't have any care for the individual, I mean, the being is just an energy/food source for them! Which is totally not fair.) Those that are the natural law adherence pertain only to incarnate experience upon the Earth. Each planetary body maintains its own laws that are in alignment with Universal Law, but are designed to assist the incarnate form in achieving its desired goal, which is symbiotic with the planet Itself.
"One could reference the microbiomes that exist within the gut as an analogous understanding of these forms and their relationship with the body. It is now coming into understanding that the bacteria that exists within the gut is responsible for what occurs within the brain, within the heart, within the psychology, within the spirituality, within the bones, the muscles, the ability to conceive, the ability to shift and change consciousness.
"So too, the spirit structures that act as supports for the human incarnate form, allow for transformation, transmutation and integration of an incarnate experience.
"Universal Law exists beyond duality and within duality. Natural law only exists within duality. Natural law only exists within a dimensional environment wherein energy is distorted into light."
So truly, we don't know the real purpose of the mind until we remove them and their programming. I'm reminded of that entity named Yaldabaoth who, after telling all the workers to make the body, he made the brain and then sat himself into it. What kind of story is that? Did we get a correct translation? I think not. When the entire structure is under dim and distorted light, it's like one of the Gnostic texts in the Nag Hammadi Library has Christ saying, you won't know what the truth is until you get out of here. It's like Michael Tsarion said in his work in the Female Illuminati, that they blew fog into Man's eyes, meaning if Man is looking through his eyeballs which are right next to the head, then definitely they'll be fogged over, but when Man is looking from his heart, he is perceiving things are just not right around here...like children perceive when they are first arrived...and those who hold on to their perceptions, not allowing the world around them to drag them into their dark caves of so called 'sight.' I think the mind, like Ramtha teaches, is a tool for creation. He said he went into himself and lived all kinds of wonderful things, which sounds to me he's in his heart area, and then when he was ready, the blue-print made, he utilized his mind to grow those thoughts into reality.
It seems the arduous experiments that don Juan and the other sorcerers put the apprentices through, such as putting them into a dark closet for hours at a time, has something to do with this. Time alone to delve deep within ones own self.

So, what that means is, when you are 'bitten', and you look at it, what had 'bit' you, that when you meditate upon what occurred, then you will live, because you are paying attention, using your consciousness, instead of fearing and letting it run its course through you.

Tripping Through The Light Fantastic!
I knew I was being attacked, alerted, advised, something like that, when my clothes dryer went out. I tried it in a different extension, and it didn't work, whereas everything else did in those extensions. So the "Hot Air Dryer" blew. That was my first signal. I knew it was. I felt it.
Then, a few days later, after hearing noises in the kitehen wall, I saw my hot burning halogen light fixture in the kitchen start to flicker when I turned it on. It stopped working when I turned it on, just flickered trying to come on, but it just kept messing around. So I called Eric to come check it out. He told me to not to use the light in the kitchen until he got to it. At times I forgot, turned the lights on, and saw they didn't work. He came by and changed both wall fixtures where I turn the lights on and plug things in.
Then, a few days later after all that, as I was sitting here doing some reading, I heard other sounds coming from the kitchen. I turned to investigate, found nothing, went back to study, then all of a sudden I heard water coming through the ceiling hitting the kitchen floor, I knew right away what that was. I ran upstairs and there was a flood in the bathroom because the Hot Water Heater blew! I ran to phone Eric, he came over quickly and turned the water off to my place. Since it was 11pm and I didn't want anymore stress, nor him, he said he'll call for a new hot water heater the next day. I stayed up all night not sleeping. He called me around 10 and after talking he told me I should get some rest because the new hot water heater wouldn't be in till around 4. So I went to sleep at 12, woke up at four, found that the instrument was here at 2, but he didn't want to wake me, and he ended up staying awake all night and all day, not getting any sleep, but man, you'd never know it. He's a lot like his father, very proficient. So the guys in the place all helped to remove the old one and put the new one in. And after having a very carefully thought out day, planned step by step, because those instruments take a lot of energy to move and then to place back correctly, that finally, at the end of the day when everyone went home, I looked around at how many things had been moved to make space, and began replacing and cleaning up. The large table that I work at, heavy glass and metal, covered by a red table cloth, I had pushed it back from the fireplace to make more room for the men to pull the instrument up through the hole in the ceiling where the spiral staircase is... and it was not that difficult to slide it away so that nothing gets damaged in case the instrument accidentally slipped from their hands, which it did not, thoughtful planning the key to success... so I went to go push the table back to where it was, but the damned thing did not budge. At second and third try, I felt like something made of lead was holding it in place preventing me from pushing it back. I didn't understand why, what for... but it felt like part the attack proceedure, or warning, or helpful hints, that I got. So I went to the other side of the table and, it's very heavy, lifted it, but it was so hard to do. I lifted and pushed it, and it moved a little. I got frustrated with it all after a while and lifted it hard, and the table went up, but fucking sucking out the damned plastic cap underneath, and it was such a maneuver, that I thought some thing had purposely made that very thing to occur, it was so slick, so thin edged quick. I then could easily slide the table in place now that the plastic socket was pulled out. It slid just way too easily back in place. So I bent down to pick up that plastic cap, stood there and looked at it. Underneath it was a flat grey square with a line from one corner to the other, like two triangles, but it was just the surface impression on the grey plastic cap. And then the inside, which goes in the metal leg of the table, was an "X" shape, built up on three platforms to go right into the metal and hug it, so it showed as though three "X" shapes on on top the other. I certainly was NOT going to try to pick up that damned table all by myself to put that plug back into the leg, so I left it on a structure just next to the table to remind me when someone strong comes around to help me lift the table and place it back. But when someone strong came along, I mentioned it, but forgot about it when I got home after a couple of drinks and then started taking pictures. I suppose I was looking for help from this stupid situation, and instead of returning that plastic cap in place, I had that strong man take pictures of me instead, to send to someone who I thought may be able to help.
Well, I was correct about that. But that help took a many paths form. So many...multi-dimensional. I was left with a fever like structure burning through me all day and all night, and beings communicating with me through the aether, showing me things. I was so overwhelmed by everything I had experienced, but I wanted to know more, to know how to help others, in now this situation. So, being a night person now because it was so difficult to sleep that when I finally did I woke up at about 9pm, and decided to go out for a coffee at the shot up the street, whereas I usually stay home and make black tea, but this time, I went out. I'm glad I did. I met a man sitting outside the shop on the bench drinking his coffee, who I knew I had met before. After joining him, I found out ye I did know im, and we talked, and I learned some very interesting things. Sort of things like I just shouldn't talk out loud about things that no one else really knows anything about, but for a few, or sum, I don't know how to even describe those things I experienced, in words? what words could describe, but I know, even just a few could hint to where I've seen this whole train moving and taking off rather than falling down a cliff. Wow. What remarkable extraordinary, extremely exquisite things I have seen, felt, experienced in just this short while. Andaman t ime in syncronicity, and out of it all at the same time. It's almost unfathomable.

Cards of Darkness Pt.1 Reveals A Great Solution To Humanity's Problems.
This is one of the most brilliant episodes that Michael Tsarion has done, for the fact that it can help mankind back on the right track.
Episode 34 - Cards of Darkness Pt. 1
If you've read the book "Alien Interview" by Matilda O'Donnell MacElroy, you'll hear Airl the Alien telling Matilda that about 90% of all people on this planet are all artists (i.e. musicians, writers, actors, etc). The being said that Old Empire took out all those they didn't want around and put them on a prison planet, this one, Earth, to keep them here in some kind of daze so they never wake up to find out who they are. She said that there are more artists on this planet than in the entire galaxy! So what's happening here on this planet, it seems to be they are trying to force the left brain idea on people, to disconnect them from their ground, root, base, and have them breathing through a tight little spot of the brain. So what's happening to people is that they are losing their empathy, becoming discombobulated because of the terrible imbalance forced upon them. And Michael Tsarion recommends people start doing more artwork, poetry, music, writing, that is writing letters in the form of communication to one another, and that this will help them to regain their balance and allow the energies within them to flow freely again.
My god, that was such a brilliant podcast. No one has ever found such comprehensions about what is really going on. You can say our Body is the most important thing we have... and yet, people are trained to hate themselves, to forget about their bodies, or to use them as a dumpster for anything they want to put into it or do with it. It's horrible what's happened to the people on this planet. He truly focuses on the entire structure and finds the solution to what we can do today, right now, to make everything better. So, if you're sitting at home watching t.v. or playing video games, put it away and get a piece of paper. Strart scribbling. You never know what will come out of random scribbling until you give it a try. Perhaps you may find relief from inner turmoil, just by focusing on something artistic. You don't have to do it for anyone. Just do it, and check it out for yourself. Balance the brain centers in your Body.
